We are selective in hiring new branch directors. As a club director, you will be entrusted with comprehensive responsibilities, including
- Managing an AAU Club: Oversee all aspects of the club’s operations and development.
- Club Finance Management: Responsible for the financial health and budgeting of the club.
- Player Recruitment: Identify and recruit talented players to build a competitive and inclusive team.
- Coach Recruitment: Hire and manage coaches, ensuring they align with our values and goals.
- Program Direction: Act as the driving force behind the club’s strategic and operational plans.
- Commission-Only Position as an Independent Contractor. No hourly wage.
- Proven Experience: At least 5 years in basketball program development and management, specifically focusing on youth.
- Local Connections: Ability to leverage relationships with local parents and students for player recruitment.
- Communication Skills: Strong, effective communication abilities and consistent professionalism.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent in planning, program development, evaluation, and execution.
- Commitment to Inclusivity: A demonstrated dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Administrative Proficiency: Experience in managing budgets, staff, and other administrative responsibilities.
- Passion for Basketball: A genuine love for the game and a desire to nurture youth athletes’ growth.
