Welcome to Super Meteors Philadelphia, PA and North Bronx, NY.
As the leading youth basketball organization in the United States, we provide AAU Basketball Programs, Camps and Clinics and official AAU tournaments. We provide the best resources to our athletes and most importantly, we teach them more than just basketball. At Super Meteors, we educate our athletes to become well-rounded individuals.

If your athlete makes the tryouts, we will be practicing at the same location.

AAU Tournaments
At Super Meteors Basketball, we participate in official AAU tournaments along with other youth basketball tournaments. If you would like to learn more, please feel free to contact us.
Program Leadership
At Super Meteors, we require all of our staff to go through a background check provided by AAU. Our staff are experienced coaches and mentors who provide a world-class experience for our athletes.
Dave Jean
Director and Head Coach
Basketball has been a part of Coach Dave’s life since the age of 5 when his father brought him his first Spalding and Michael Jordan Chicago Bulls jersey. He would wear that Chicago Bull’s jersey every chance he got and would dribble the basketball around the house trying to recreate moves by Michael Jordan and Allen Iverson. To avoid having furnitures being broken in the house, his parents enrolled him in YMCA Youth Basketball League, and since then, basketball has been a part of Coach Dave’s everyday life. He would go on to play organized basketball throughout elementary, junior high, and senior high school. He would also play AAU for Team 914, which is a local AAU club in the neighborhood where he grew up in New Rochelle, NY, and Alonzo Mourning’s former Mourning Stars AAU club in Miami, FL where he also spent some time growing up. AAU helped saved a lot of kids from Coach Dave’s neighborhood which is why he started his own club in 2017. As of 2024, Coach Dave decided to take his AAU coaching expertise to a larger scale and partner up with Super Meteor and become a Director & Coach for Super Meteor in the North Bronx/Westchester NY area and Philadelphia to give the next generation of future athletes the same opportunities he and his friends had growing up.
